Mission:

To enrich the lives of adults with disabilities or other barriers to employment by developing meaningful work opportunities.

Services:

ODC is an agency that provides job assistance for adults with disabilities or other barriers to employment. We assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining jobs in the community and also provide a progressive work setting within our facilities in Wisconsin Rapids and Marshfield. We believe that given the opportunity and support, all people with a desire to work can succeed. All of our programs focus on emphasizing people’s abilities, and we provide whatever support is necessary to succeed on the job.

ODC’s Wish List:

ODC purchases items people with disabilities need in order to be successful on the job.  Such items may include standard manufacturing equipment, specialized machinery, adaptive devices or one-on-one training.
